World Recipes
Are you interested in trying food from around the world? This is where you will find a huge range of traditional recipes from a range of different cultures. Some are cultural classics, others are lesser-known gems but all are delicious! You'll find hints, tips (and sometimes history) to help you on your way.
On the whole, I try to stay as true to the authentic flavors as possible, whether that's a Goan Fish Curry or Greek Youvetsi. Sometimes (well often, quite honestly), there is more than one way to make it in the first place and I'll talk you through what else you might see.
Now and then I make the odd adaptations, typically to be a little quicker, like my Paneer Makhani, or to use more accessible ingredients, like my simplified Haggis Recipe. But don't worry, I explain it all so you can feel confident in trying these world recipes, so hopefully you'll grow to love them as much as we do.
So let's get cooking!
