In reply to Denise Wright. Thanks Denise, I hope you enjoy! I think with the steaks it's partly trying to get the thickness right and definitely cut through the middle as that middle cut will look better than the side towards the outside :)

I agree, the blandness of plain cauliflower has kept me from using it a lot. But recipes like this show it doesn't have to be bland at all!

I love cauliflower and I've tried to make steaks before but they were never pretty. I think you salsa verde on top is genius. Definitely try this.

I am exactly the same about cauliflower, it really isn't top (or even middle) of my vegetable loves!
But sometimes a recipe just makes it so good I enjoy it!
I have had cauliflower steaks before and really enjoyed them, but never made them!!!!
Think this recipe will be on my menu rotation next week, it look delicious!
