Thanks, these are a favorite here. I'd suggest maybe make them up, and have them all ready brushed on the outside so they don't crumble, then cover and set aside. Then bake them when you are ready. They may well work to largely cook then re-heat, but it may be that the cheese melts initially and escapes a little, or then doesn't soften enough when you re-heat, so I think you are best to prepare then cook at the time.
