Thanks Eileen, lamb is one of my favorites, though despite that we don't have it as often as some other things. This is definitely a favorite way to enjoy it.

Thanks, I agree the sauce would be great with pasta, rice or a whole bunch of grains it has so much flavor. And yes, the meat is wonderfully tender.
