In reply to janet. So the dough should be a little on the drier side, compared to some other breads and baked goods, and this makes it easier rolling it out. However it should still come together well and not be cracking. Sometimes flours can act a little differently, so if it's dry, you can add a little more liquid. Just add a small amount at a time and mix in until the texture feels right. Hope it all works out!
