Loved!!!!!! I did not have oine pine nuts so skipped though. I added a thinly sliced fuji apple and about 1/4 cup feta. It was absolutely delicious!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

This salad was amazing! Easily made it vegan by swapping the goat cheese for vegan feta. So, so good!

I made this colorful salad for lunch today and loved it! The tarragon dressing is amazing. This is such a great way to incorporate beets into my diet.
