Glad to hear you enjoyed. Yes the spinach can make things a little tricky - you really do need to try to squeeze as much liquid out of it as possible, which can take a couple attempts, or else compensate with extra flour as you did (and know just what you mean - we're a bit short on flour here too at the moment!)

Pasta was very good but it is sticky all the way thru the process. I must have used 3 + cups of flour once noodles were hanging. My pasta did not make it to number 5 setting but it cooked beautifully. Thank you.

Spinach I think throws this recipe alot. I used 2 cup of flour due to how wet and sticky it was. We have a flour shortage in Istanbul right now due to Covid 19 so flour is gold to us. Lots of toilet paper though 🙂 Will comment later on my thoughts on actual pasta after I cook.

Fresh and boxed are quite different I think whether plain or this, so I think you'd enjoy 🙂

I agree homemade is definitely so much better, and it is easier than you might think. It's worth trying this spinach version too!

Thanks, fresh pasta really is that much better, I think, and I love sneaking in some veg.

I love your photo of all that pretty green spinach pasta just hanging out there. 🙂 I've always wanted a pasta maker too. You're inspiring me to finally go get one!

I love fresh spinach, and I love fresh pasta. Therefore, even though I hate the boxed spinach pastas, I can pretty much guarantee that I'm going to love this recipe. 🙂

Nothing comes close to homemade pasta and after years and years of wanting to make my own - I'm still second guessing myself. You definitely made it look easy enough. Looks delicious!

This recipe looks so lovely. The combination of pasta and spinach is scrumptious. I could eat the whole batch. I guess I need to order a pasta maker also!
