I would love to make this, but wondering if the 1/2 cup heavy cream is BEFORE or AFTER whipping?? Sounds delicious and I don't want to ruin it.

This is just heavenly! I have always been a fan of chocolate mousse, and this is the perfect variation. So light and fresh, and I love that it is made with real strawberries. Definitely a keeper!

I had been searching for a delicious dessert to serve for Valentine's Day, and this is the one! Delicious, smooth and creamy, just as a mousse should be! Such a lovely and vibrant strawberry flavour also.
