I love these Caroline. Sometimes I like to have get togethers with just heavy appetizers and I try to serve a variety that includes something with chicken, something with fish/seafood, something vegetarian, and something with pork or beef. This would be a perfect addition.

I'm with you on the food waste. Wonton wrappers are always so difficult. But I've frozen half a package before and they seem to do well. These look AMAZING! I love the little bites of crunch and lean beef together.
