Yes you could, it will just make it stronger - the water just helps to mellow the flavor a little but if your stock is not that strong, it will be fine.

My hubby and I are emptynester's now but have 1.5 grandsons who I think would love the yummy, healthy and flexible stock. Also, we found dark leafy greens (in small amounts so as not to overwhelm the flavors in either the broth or whatever), are great to float in the broth OR chop some precooked greens into the pastry dough for the Won-tons. Thanks so much for your awesome ideas that make wonderful dishes for our home and extended family. Keep up the great work.
